Telegram Integration#
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy had one killer feature: it fit in your pocket. Morpheus AI shares that advantage — you no longer need to open a laptop to check your server status. Open Telegram, type your question, get your answer in 3 seconds.

Connecting Telegram#
- Go to Settings → Connections → Telegram
- Click Connect Telegram
- Confirm the link in Telegram
- The bot sends a welcome message — you're connected
Total time: 30 seconds. Deep Thought took 7.5 million years to compute. You'll be ready in half a minute.
Observer Mode: Ask Questions, Get Answers#
When you first connect to Telegram, Observer Mode is active. You can query everything, but you can't change anything — read access yes, write access no.
Think of it like entering a library: you can read every book, but you can't tear out the pages. (Vogons excepted — they can demolish anything, anywhere.)
What can you ask?#

Write in natural language — Morpheus will understand. Turkish or English, doesn't matter. Better than a Babel fish, and no ear insertion required.
Action Mode: Full Control with 2FA#
If you want to restart your server, open a ticket, or take a snapshot, you need to switch to Action Mode. This requires identity verification.
Why 2FA?#
The "someone stole my phone and shut down my server" scenario is unacceptable. Even if your Telegram account is compromised, no write operations are possible without your authenticator app.
How to activate#
- Type
/otpin Telegram - The bot asks for your 6-digit code
- Enter the code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.):
/otp 123456
If verification succeeds, Action Mode is active.
What can you do in Action Mode?#
- Start / stop / restart servers
- Create support tickets
- Add comments to tickets
- Take snapshots
- Schedule meetings
Financial operations are not available on Telegram
Domain purchases, invoice payments, and other financial operations can only be done through the Ops Hub panel for security reasons. Morpheus can show you an invoice, but won't take payment — because handling wallet operations on Telegram is about as risky as letting Zaphod make financial decisions with both heads thinking different things.
Notifications: Morpheus Comes to You#
You don't always have to ask Morpheus. When something important happens, it comes to you:
- VPS Ready — Your ordered server is provisioned, details in the message
- Contract Created — Your new contract is ready with number and details
- Invoice Issued — New invoice notification
- Support Reply — Your ticket received a response
The entire flow is automatic: order → automation → notification → query. Zero human intervention, zero waiting.
Notification preferences
Customize which notifications you receive on Telegram via Settings → Notifications. We recommend keeping everything on — but where you put your towel is your decision.
Security Model#
Managing infrastructure via Telegram demands serious security. Here are our layers:

The Telegram version of your SSH key
Think of the Observer/Action Mode distinction like SSH: you use your key before connecting to a server. Same logic here — different channel, same security level.

Beyond commands, you can also write in natural language. Morpheus isn't a menu-driven chatbot — it's an AI assistant. It understands you, remembers context, and can answer multiple questions in a single conversation.
Frequently Asked Questions#
What happens if my Telegram account is stolen? In observer mode, only read operations are possible. Action mode requires separate TOTP 2FA — without your authenticator app, they can't touch your servers.
Can I connect multiple Telegram accounts? Currently, one Telegram account per VeriTeknik account.
The bot isn't responding, what should I do?
Try restarting with the /start command. If the issue persists, create a support ticket.
Which languages are supported? Turkish and English. Morpheus is fluent in both — gives the Babel fish a run for its money.
