My Account#

There was once a computer that spent seven and a half million years calculating an answer. Updating your profile is considerably faster than that — we promise.

This is your control center. Who you are, how to reach you, and how to keep your account secure — all in one place.

Profile Information#

Your profile is how we know you. Keeping it current makes life easier for both of us. (Not quite as effective as a Babel fish, but it significantly reduces miscommunication.)

What you can update:

  • Name — as it appears on your business card
  • Email address — where notifications and invoices land
  • Phone number — so we can reach you when it matters
  • Company details — needed for invoicing

Go to My Account > Profile. Changes save instantly. No seven-and-a-half-million-year wait required.

Security#

Changing Your Password#

Changing your password regularly is the simplest yet most effective security measure. If you know someone using "12345" as a password, please show them this page.

  1. Go to My Account > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Set a new one — 12+ characters, mixed, unpredictable
  4. Save

What makes a good password?

A good password should be as complex as Vogon poetry but meaningful to you. 12+ characters, mix of upper/lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Your pet's name plus your birth year is not it. It should remain uncrackable even at the heat death of the universe — which, according to estimates, will be on a Thursday.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)#

If your password is the lock on the door, 2FA is the deadbolt. Not paranoia, just common sense. (Paranoia is thinking everyone's following you. Common sense is protecting your passwords. There's a fine line.)

  1. Go to My Account > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code to confirm

Don't lose your authenticator

Just as you should always know where your towel is, never lose your authenticator app. Once 2FA is enabled, a code is required at every login. If you lose access to your authenticator, our support team can recover your account after identity verification — but it takes time. Save your backup codes somewhere safe. Next to your towel, perhaps.
